Better yet, make it the very first and/or last thing you do every day so you’re starting and ending your day right! That way, what’s in the middle doesn’t matter as much.
- Set Realistic Goals: Instead of overwhelming yourself with big changes, set achievable goals. For instance, aim to practice gratitude for 2-3 minutes instead of trying to jump straight into daily 30-minute meditations or rigorous workout routines.
- Use Reminders: Setting reminders on your phone or leaving notes in visible places can help you remember to engage in these practices. I have ADHD, and for me — if I don’t see it, I often forget it exists!
